Post-Game stuck on "Mission completed. 11 New Missions Added"

This originally started on one of my smurfs when finishing the game, this would pop up. Notice the blacked out "ok" button meaning I can't move on. Now I can't even log into the account whatsoever because this pops up. Multiple restarts of the client, and computer have been done to no fix.
