Lux Ultimate Skill (R) bug

I already reported this 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Can you fix it please? Do you even read these posts?

When you die while casting your ult with Lux and it doesn't go off, after respawning you can't see a cooldown on it, however for several seconds you can't use it either.

It happens every time I die while casting ult and its frustrating, because many times i lose a potential kill thinking that i have it up when i actually don't.

Similar thing happened to me with Warwick ult a few weeks ago, I ulted when I died so even though the ult was on CD when I pinged it, it said that my ult was ''ready''. Even thought I couldn't use it.

So it's not only Lux ... If it happens with other champions as well this is a bigger issue and I don't understand how Riot doesn't notice.

As of 7/13/19 , This bug is still not fixed.
