Skins Purchased but not Unlocked

As you can see in the picture, today i bought these 3 skins but when i tried to use 1 of them in my game i couldn't cause it wasn't unlocked. I checked the rest of the skins and noticed that none of the skins I purchased this morning was unlocked. I can still purchase them at store even though, as you can see in the image posted, these 3 skins are not refunded or refundable...
