Are you absolutely sure that you weren't made ineligible from receiving ranked rewards? If you were under a temporary ban anytime after August 10th til the end of the season, or if you had an active chat restriction at the time the season ended, then you are ineligible for the Season 5 ranked rewards.
If this doesn't apply to you, I'd recommend submitting a ticket to support.

All rewards should have been handed out right now. If you're sure you haven't received a ban after August 10th, and are still elidgible, shoot a ticket over to player support. They'll have able to take a look into your account and see why you haven't received your rewards. If you should have received rewards, we'll be able to fix that for you. ^-^
