[GAMEPLAY] Sell-Undo Sunfire Cape disable the burning effect

I tried Shen in a Custom game, then I sold all item to see what my masteries bring me, then used Undo and Sunfire was disable(animation and damage).

Steps:

1. Buy Sunfire Cape
2. Sell it
3. Use undo button
4. Walk to lane to notice that there is no damage applied

I've tried this over 5 Customs and this has happened each time with the normal skin. However, if you suicide yourself (execute or being slain), the effect and animation comes back up.
