I selected a champ, but had to make a last minute champswitch. Then i was too late for selecting it, which gave me a 5 minute penalty.

The next time i went in queue i still had to press the select champion pick. As I wasn't sure if i'd get another penalty if i didn't click the button i clicked it and nothing happened. I'm not sure what would happen if i didn't click it.
