[GAMEPLAY] gangplank's ultimate (R) Visual Bug

so i was playing some of that rotating game mode(good job btw) and i was playing Ascension with gangplank and i used my ult and died (poppy needs to be banned) when i respond i look down and see my ult is back up tried to use it only to figure it out that its still on cool down same thing happen in poro king game mode

one more thing i am not sure if it happen after i bought the upgrades for the ultimate or before that's the only thing that i can think of that might help out
