Windows 10 game glitches

I got a new computer with Windows 10,it is much faster in general and I was really happy when I found out that I can play LoL without lags but when I entered the game the screen started glitching? I don't know why,I tried to minimize the quality of everything in video section and it just started glitching,I don't think it is about network because on my older PC it didn't glitch that way,any help? Ty in advance

I am having the same issue, I even uninstall and reinstall the game still same thing.
