[GAMEPLAY] Celestine Soraka R Particles?

Recently got this skin and tried it out in Practice Tool, but the ult particles seem to have some strange lighting bug? Tried it on various visual detail levels but it seems to cut off half of the heart animation at the bottom, although the sparkles still show up. Looked up a skin spotlight and it doesn't do it on the video, is it my PC or is this happening to others too?
