Strange Bug involving A-Move, Quick Cast and menu lockout

So I encountered a strange bug for the second time today.

I am playing on a mac, so it could be client related.

Here's what happens though. randomly the game will:

Switch into quick cast mode, all click to moves will be attack to move (Red arrow) Abilities can not be leveled up. menus can not be opened, either by clicking on the icon, or the hotkey the mini map can not be clicked to move the camera The space bar will not centre the camera

While the quick cast and attack move parts aren't terrible.. not being able to level abilities or access the menu kinda sucks. The issue is that ALL of these things are happening together, on two occasions now. The only way that I can fix them is by force quitting the client and relaunching (since almost no inputs work)
