Just lost my last promo game to Plat 1 because the "Lock" button was gray and I couldn't click it

When it kicked me from the game a message appeared: There was an error when trying to select a champion. Thanks Riot, it only took me +12 games to get promo [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
