Mouse Sensitivity Increases Suddenly Midgame

This started a few patches ago. I've kinda just dealt with it until now because I'm tired of it. I'll be playing half way through a League game, and the sensitivity will jump a crap ton. The "solution" is when I quit the game, and I restart the League Client. This happens both on my Laptop AND my desktop. Fun. Help Me.
