Ranked Flex games not counting for LP or promo game

I have had two Ranked Flex games have 0 impact on my Ranked Scoring.
I was in Silver V to Gold I promos, I won the first two and lost the third. The third game didn't count for a win or a loss, next game I went to Gold I. First game in Gold I, I win, still at 0 LP. Both games show up in match history as Ranked Flex games, but the LP didn't count. Account: philosoVR Server: EUeast (I think)

Same here. I've won 3 games in a row in promo series but i didnt promote to gold. Match history shows 3 wins but in ranked stats i can see only two. Fix it pls.

Same here, I was Silver I in promos for Gold won 2 and lost 1 and than won one more and it didn't count. Pls fix that
