Keystones not working

Right before going into the game, after champion select. The last 30 seconds to choose your skin and masteries ect.. if you change your keystone ( tank) (support) in the last 1-4 seconds. The game says; " You have no Keystones" This is a big deal going into game with last minute changes. It needs to be fixed. A loading Issue for sure.
