Reform of the "LeaverBuster" System

Problems arise with the "incorruptibility" of the Leaver Buster system for League of Legends players who may not have the ideal hardware for a fast paced online game. The idea I'd like to put forth is a reform and petition system in place for these kinds of situations. As a supporter of League of Legends, I am describing (from a computer with a processor made in 2002 dealing with perpetual crashing and loss of connection causing a result in Leaver Buster action) a loss in supporters for Riot with people who are in the same situation as I am, and have no patience with a 20 minute wait time before 5 consecutive games. Please add to the conversation with ideas or with your own stories.

I don't think you should be playing League (not PvP, at least) if your computer is crashing so regularly. You might think that it's unfair that you're punished for unintentionally leaving, but please consider that every time you leave, you ruin a game for 9 people. You are responsible for your own computer being able to handle a long League match. Riot is responsible for working to ensure that most matches will be approximately fair and without toxicity-- you're being punished because you have regularly made matches unfair due to your negligence.
