Graphical issue with Sejuani

I noticed this bug on the "Bear Cavalry Sejuani" skin. When I cast my "W" (Flail of the Northern Winds), these black squares start appearing. My friend claims that he has seen these squares too when he is ingame with someone who owns this skin. Is this a problem with the skin or do we have an issue with our hardware?
