ARAM CRASH Game didn't start

I went to go play a ARAM game and I was on the loading screen and it just stayed on the loading screen for about 15 minutes then I was sent to the end screen where everyone was upset I was AFK .... The game didn't even start on my end , this is the first time that this has happened. I have a very fast internet connection so I am not sure what is happening.
