[CLIENT] Ranked Games DirectX error

So this has happened twice now today. I go into LoL this morning, first game today, start up a ranked match and I was in my promos, do the champion select, then when it goes into loading screen I get an error saying something about directx couldn't load and to update drivers. I looked all over the net and couldn't find anything concrete from Riot, I deleted the config.txt or whatever and those 2 files inside the RADS that people were saying, that didn't fix it. I double checked my drivers, yeah there was a new update. I updated and boom game finally worked. I get in and now I get warned about abandoning ranked matches, I did the I agree thing and I have been playing almost all day. I finish a match, wait about 10 minutes, play another then out of no where I get the error again. Considering I updated my drivers earlier, I know there's not a new update now.

And now i'm doing more research on what I can do to get my game fixed. And not only that, but i'm expecting some sort of temp ban or something for bailing out on 2 ranked matches in one day, when this is not my fault. This has NEVER happened before until today. So can someone please let me know what's going on and if this is a common occurence as well as what I can do to fix it
