Urgot tahm kench bug

I played tahm kench recently, and lucian and i played against an urgot. Urgot ulted lucian, and i got feared, which was normal. But after lucian dashed away, and COMPLETED his dash i coudnt eat him. Please help. Really frustrating as a kench main. (Happened twice btw)
