Vlad in ARAM always loses HP when buying items
This bug has been going on for a while now. Months maybe? Please fix!

Its not a bug, vlad passive makes it so he has increased hp for every ap. U nevr notice it in rift as fountain heals u there. Aram base doesnt heal u.
