Talon Ult Converging Immediately After Casting

Hi Riot,

I was playing a game of ARAM just now and rolled Talon. I noticed that from the start, his ult would converge soon after casting, rather than waiting 2.5 seconds. I had a pair or Ionian boots, tiamat, quicksilver sash, brutalizer, sanguine blade and vampiric scepter built by the end.
