[GAMEPLAY] Kalista's Rend Double Cast

I just played a game as Kalista since she was enabled again and she is still currently bugged.

When casting her [E] Rend spell, after completing the first animation and cast, it casts itself again, charging the mana and putting it on cd. This effect happens in all cases I tried in the game, killing one unit, multiple units or none at all. Effectively making it an 80 Mana cost spell with no refresh.
