[GAMEPLAY] Azir ult-glitch?

So after the Azir update, I noticed a couple of problem's with his ult. I originally thought it was server lag but I noticed people could walk right through my ultimate sometimes as if it wasn't there. It's like when he came out, his ult only worked about 50% of the time, it's that but there's lag with it too. Several times they walked through, did damage to me, then they got knocked back to where i originally ulted. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but it's just something I noticed.
