Can't click on "PLAY"

I can't click on "play", which has happened before, but after a minute or two it usually was clickable. Now it's not, I've restarted the client 4/5 times already.. picture of the "play" button and thingy. Can someone help me fix this? I've tried looking for articles, but couldn't find any that said how to solve it. Thanks in advance.
