[GAMEPLAY] Resetting Sion's Q charge and direction

I found this while lurking around the Internet, but I've also heard some people say it's part of the game because Intermediate bots do this (I haven't checked for myself if bots do this, it's just what I've heard).

Basically, it's possible to have a "second chance" in casting Sion's Q, changing it's direction and charge time, and here's how to do it: -Start casting Q -Hold down R -Release Q -Start casting Q in the new direction -Release R

This is possible to do, as the video suggests, without having your ult up. I'm sorry if this is not a bug, since I never really got clarified of whether it is or not.
