[GAMEPLAY] Vis Q Vault Breaker and Zacs E Elastic Slingshot drop frames and freezes briefly.

Hi, have played mostly in twisted treeline but also summoners rift and when I charge up the Vault Breaker (Q) and move around it sometimes drops frames in a odd way, and when I release the spell it freezes for a brief moment in place A and then suddenly i'm at the destination B and it takes a while to go smooth again.

What makes this most frustrating is that it's not consistent, sometimes i've no problem, but then out of the blue it appears and when I visually should have hitted the enemy it then instead disappears a few feet away.

I've tested this with Classic, Officer and Demon Vi, and the result is the same.

And during my testing to pinpoint this problem i checked the fps the whole time (the one in the right upper corner) and according to that it's no problem, and the ping was at 32-35 so i don't think it's an connection issue.

Sadly I didn't really knew how to capture this problem in a good way.

Similar thing with and his E Elastic Slingshot, did test his normal skin and chroma, same result.
