Showing tool bar and outline of window

I played a game this morning and it was fine, acted normal, then the next game, it showed as a normal window. It showed the minimize, maximize, and exit at the top, showed the screen around it, and the tool bar at the bottom. It wouldn't show how much money I had, or the bottom half of the minimap. I hit alt tab to try to reset it, I exited the game 3xs to try to fix it, and nothing. I could only see around where I was, I had to hit the space bar the entire time in order to do this. When I died, I could only see that spot, I couldn't see the shop bar at all, if I got too close to the tool bar at the bottom it would open whatever I was near. I'm not sure how to fix this or why it happened.
