No Champions Appear in Champion Select

I entered champion select and called my lane, only to find that no champions had appeared in the middle of the screen. After I "queue dodged" unwillingly, I got hit with a queue dodge timer. It just keeps rising since no champions will load, I can't play any games without "dodging", and the penalty timer keeps getting worse. Has anyone else had this problem? Riot please help!

Same Problem here.

Actually, in my screen most of the times I don't even see the Ready Check. So I fail most of the times that one already. Then when I get through, I can do bans only after the bans I'm unable to select a champion and thus dodge the game :(
