Ranked Team acts like I am in it, but I am not, and I can't go out of the team.

I have been struggling with this bug for the last year and a half. I once joined this team, Happy l3urstday, and then left it or I got kicked out of it (i dont remember). However, it still shows up in my ranked team list next to my name. When you look at the active roster however, you don't see me on it. I asked the leader to kick me out of it but he didn't see my name on the list either. Last year this got really annoying since I had 1 less team I was able to join due to this bug + I just want this bug to be gone. I even tried to create a new team with the same name and tag since this team is inactive (last played 28 january 2015, but it seems I cant do that either and it also doesnt show up as an inactive team. I already contacted Riot Support once, but they didnt respond back to me, so im trying it this way. Does anyone else have this bug as well? Or does someone know how to fix it?
