Poppy's Diplomatic Immunity [Gameplay Bug]

So maybe this isn't a bug and I'm just unfamiliar with certain mechanics, but I'll explain the situation.

Playing a game on ARAM just now, my Diplomatic Immunity was not lasting nearly enough. The other team had Ryze, Annie, Anivia, Amumu, and Sivir. Sometimes my diplomatic immunity would only last a couple seconds. I had not killed the target so this couldn't be the answer.

My only thinking is that either this is a bug or that Sivir's Spell Shield breaks diplomatic immunity. But my Diplomatic Immunity would be broken even when the target wasn't Sivir. If her Spell Shield can break Diplomatic Immunity when she isn't the target - and this isn't a bug - then that ability is just retarded and should be changed.

Anyhow, anyone else have this happen? Any comments or thoughts?

I'm glad I saw this. I had been dismissing it as my imagination, but I may have been seeing this occur as well in which Diplomatic Immunity's duration has been cutting short. Admittedly, 6 seconds is hard to gauge amidst fighting or diving, but it has seemed to be shorter at times for no discernible reason.
