Ezreal Possible Bug?

The video will say it all. I know I was bleeding, but why the f*** does my health go from 400 or so to 0 inside of someone when I am not being touched, especially when there is no ignite on me. Let me know what you guys think, plus I should've healed coming out but, NOPE! The chat was questioning it too. Also, can we get a file upload button instead of links. smh.
