My league keeps freezing someone help

I'm not sure if i could attach a photo but i couldn't find it for the past 3 weeks it has been happening as soon as i start my league it freezes actually my entire computer does i cant even Alt tab or alt f4 im forced to reset my entire computer on the frozen screen on league it shows i have 00 frames and i cant even see my map. And it sucks even more cause i was playing with my friend and he said i was still connected even though my entire computer was frozen this is super bad cause i cant make my team remake which causes them to be 1 less man until i reconnect and which more bizarre is that when i reopen the client to log back in either it freezes again or i get into game and ALL my settings are reset graphics, frames, hotkeys all of it i have no idea why i updated all my drivers and computer specs but it still happens idk if this is a bug but i really need some help its costing me to lose LP and hate the game :( anyone who sees this id really enjoy some help thanks <3
