mouse delay and drop fps during teamfights

Running windows 8.1 pre lol 5.2 patch everything worked fine after patch not so perfect. What I've notice about the mouse delay is it only happens if I move my mouse really fast or quick short movements it would delay the clicking. If I move the mouse at a slower rate it works somewhat alright. I've read other peoples post about the issue but haven't seen anyone mention it the way i noticed the problem. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
