[GAMEPLAY] Auto attack doesn't show

Champion: Jarvan Map: Howling Abyss Items at the time: Relic Shield, Doran's Blade, and some Health Potions Auto attacks were not visible and my champ would just stand there yet I was still doing damage and getting gold from creeps. This seemed to happen every 2-3 hits regardless if I had Relic up or if I was last hitting.

Champion: Caitlyn Map: Summoner's Rift Items at the time: Standard adc items(don't remember) Auto attacks weren't syncing up and sometimes I would shoot a minion and he would die before the bullet hit.
