[GAMEPLAY] Katarina's Skills are glitched.

I was in a ranked gamed playing katarina. It was a normal game on the rift when all of a sudden after a team fight my Q, my ult AND my recall were not working. I restarted the client and they were still glitched. I even tried restarted my computer and clicking on the skills with my mouse. We lost due to that reason, and I'm not going to lie I was really salty. Then I decided to play a bot game (beginner) with katarina, and the glitch happened again! It was my Q, my ult, and my recall not working. It happened 22 minutes into the game after I got a couple resets in a team fight.

Steps to reproduce:

I'm not sure, but I think I clicked two skills at the same time and thats when the glitch occured.

Edit: I've played two games with katarina and both times the glitch has happened to me.
