Annie stun remains through windwall
Why does annie's stun not go when she q's and it fails through yasuo's windwall? Her Q nor stun will go on cd.

If Annie has her stun up and uses her Q, the stun will not be used up unless her Q actually hits its target. If it is blocked by Windwall, or the target suddenly becomes untargetable before the Q lands, then the Q did not reach it's target and thus will not use up the stun.
I know on Yasuo's release Annie's W could hit through Windwall. The damage wouldn't but the stun would. Unsure if this was ever intentional or not but it's been a thing since he was released.
