Ahri passive Scaling Bug (Gameplay)

I was playing on an ARAM and i noticed that i was not healed that much from my passive and the scaling indicated 0 bonus. At first i was thinking i don't have much ap yet and that's just a visual bug on the numbers and there was nothing more to it. Then i had maybe 600 ap and still was not geting a bunch of heals from hiting groups of champs or minions. I played another game after that with and this was on summoners rift. The problem was still there and then after the game i used a custom and same thing there. I hope you look into this problem and do something if there is something more than i just having some bad luck with the games i played. Will be playing more ahri to know more about this.
