Hey Riot support team. Would you care to let your fan base and player base know what is going on?

Does the support team even care? I've yet to see one post talking about them fixing the issue. This is the reason why this game is dying. The support team and game is turning into trash. This is stupid. 2 hours since it happened and loads of people complaining and NOT ONE person has addressed this. Fix your game already! I better not have gotten a ban or my honor level dropped from your carelessness. Enough already!
