Reksai Indestructible Tunnels

I just played a Ranked 5's game with my team, and the enemy Reksai's tunnels never disappeared. Their timers would reach 0, but the tunnels would not disappear, and walking over them did absolutely nothing. It did not trigger the usual animation, or make the sound effect -- absolutely nothing. However, Reksai was still able to teleport to these tunnels!! One of them was IN OUR BASE, and she was still able to ult to her tunnel, even though we had NO WAY of destroying it.

^This bug lead to a VERY frustrating and angering loss for my ranked team.
