Cant connect to the game at start

Im kinda frustrated because recently i couldnt connect to games because it says "Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect."after champion select. I tried to relog many times but after many attempts the matches were remake.

This happened many times and i cant start a game. This never happened before and i got banned 5 games now...
