Rito plot fix

Lots of times when I go into games I pick a champ or click anything an it says retrieving data from server an won't let me click anything so I can't pick a champ an I get forced to leave champ select an then I haft to wait 5-20 minutes to play next game very annoying anyone else have this problem?
