The new buildpath of Talisman of Ascension is missing

In ARAM the shop does not show the new builing path of Talisman of Ascension . When you click Rejuvenation Bead , it does not show the Raptor Cloak .

Is Raptor cloak even an item in ARAM?

Huh, it gets even weirder. The Raptor Cloak is visible in the ARAM shop, but I cannot buy it. I am able to buy the Talisman of Ascension though.
