Just now while playing we got down to the last second of the Poro King champion select before the game would start and it went back to title screen saying someone left the Queue.
After trying to queue again it claims that I left the game and now I have to wait 30:00 %$%@!# minutes to play a game. I didn't leave squat. I got a queue dodge timer because someone else left. It's clearly a bug.
It's happening to a lot of people.

Happened to myself and my duo three times in a row today. I believe my duo has decided to quit league after this. Steps to reproduce (from our experience)
Neither myself nor the duo dodged and this happened three times consecutively. Waiting 45+min because someone else dodges has made playing the game impossible, and ruined this weekend with my brother who is in town from the Marine Corps for a few days. Guess we'll just find something else.
I didn't leave, but it banned me for 30 minutes. I have no idea why
