Tahm Glitch in Dominion

Basically in the dominion map, I had a friend that was playing Tahm on hide and seek. He tried to ultimate across the map and his ultimate started channeling. Once the ult finished channeling it didn't teleport him OR give him the extra hp that it says it does. We tried to fix this through having his bite on cd, him going alone normally and with bite on cd, however nothing worked. The ultimate channels but it doesn't teleport you. And to make matters worse it goes on cd after the channel. Please fix this so Tahm can be the ultimate hider.
