Player Health Bar and Summoner Name Bug still here in 2018

My Last match on 5/20/2018 spawned my character in with no summoner names or health bars across the map. Using settings did not fix the bug and required full client reconnect to re display health bars again. Anyone else seeing this feel free to post their experience.
