Why RIOT?

I was joining a game of league and I got a bug splat error. I was unsure of what to do at first so I decided to fix the corrupted files. This led to me not being able to rejoin the game in time and my teammates had already don't a remake. Because of this I now have a lower priority queue which makes it so I do not have enough time in my day, seeing as I am a high school student enrolled in IBX at Ingraham, which makes my homework load a lot. I would appreciate it if you could take off the lower priority queue so I could enjoy league as I did in Season 2 where I had almost no homework.

I'm sorry, but Riot does not remove Low Priority Queues.

Riot does realize that sometimes things happen that cause us to leave the game, and sometimes they can be out of our control, such as an unforeseen real life emergency or connection/other technical problems. Because of this, Riot has designed Leaverbuster to give some leniency to everyone, so you don't get punished for only one or two leaves. You only get punished once you show a habit of leaving/disconnecting from multiple games.

If you were punished by this leave, that means that you have left multiple games in the past. If those leaves were by choice, then you pretty much brought this on yourself. If the majority of those leaves were due to other problems, such as real world emergencies or technical problems, then it's up to you to find a solution to whatever is causing you to leave before you queue up for more games.
