I need help! Launcher Issues

So I was playing League last night (3/18/15) with no problem. This morning I went to start up league and the launcher started up but with nothing on the launcher screen. There is an attached picture of what I am looking at. I have tried to re-install 2 times. I'm lost as to what is going on.

Update 1: So I sent in a ticket to Rito. They gave me another support website. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/204134104#wq6

Im working on re-installing as an administrator. I will update once thats done.

Update 2: Well that was a bust. Still nothing. Maybe Can help me....

Update 3: Well this is day two for me. They have only sent one email with a site asking to do certain things. That was at 8 AM EST. I replied back around 11 AM EST with no response yet. So I am hoping to god they do something soon.

Update 4: So apparently the problem was my Anti-Virus. I un-installed it and "Wa-Lah" it started working again. Just something you guys could try out.

This has been an issue for me since i woke up, uninstalled and tried reinstalling multiple times. What's the deal Riot? You could at least respond with something acknowledging the issue to at least ensure us that you are fixing it...

So I tweeted Rito....They replied with this site to the support page. Ive tried everything on there but still no help. This is getting old. Has anyone had any luck?

Edit: I can load up the patcher but the only thing I see is whats on the original picture in the thread.

One day we'll get to play again m8s.

It's a good thing that Riot rebuilt their client to a more reliable standard. I dread to think that otherwise we might have been stuck here for two or three days with an inexplicable client bug and no way to access the game, devoid of any sort of response with regards to the status of its repair.

Maybe it's time for a new forum, to aid in troubleshooting and general customer-to-company interaction.

I BET DOTA PLAYERS DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS!!

I fixed my problem by uninstalling my anti virus

Until the problem is fixed by devs, you can do this to fix it on your own:

Open the launcher and press play. Ctrl+alt+del to open the task manager. Look for "LoLLauncher.exe" and end the process. Re-Open LoL. Should let you in after the Launcher.

What is the deal? I spent the last 2 hours trying everything in the forums with no luck. Is this something Riot has to fix themselves?
