weird champion skipping

For the past few days I've been having an issue that seems like packet loss (because my ping stays at 80 most of the time) and my internet isn't a problem.

Basically it feels a lot like lag, but I don't dc. My champ will skip around sometimes when I right click, which is especially annoying when trying to cs or fight anyone. It doesn't completely hinder me from playing but it's happening so frequently the last few days and it's getting super frustrating.

I've asked a few friends I've played with and they don't have the issue at all. This issue happens on both ARAM and Summoner's Rift.

I just want some way to fix this so I can play the game normally like before.

i had this problem when i played at uncapped fps. i set it to cap at 144fps and haven't had anymore skipping. depending on your computer specs 60fps should be fine.
