Attempt to join queue failed

Today at around 20:30 (GMT+1) i tried to connect to a game after champ select, but it failed due to server issues. I was stuck in the champ select screen and decided after around 5-10 minutes of waiting to just leave. The reason being is that this problem occured once already like 2 years ago and that was the only solution back then to get out of it. The thing is that it's 01:28 here in Austria and i still get the "Attempt to join queue failed" message. (the server issues are most likely fixed already since the error message on the upper left corner is gone as well and you can play rankeds again) It can't be my computer or connection to the server since i played a game on the PBE to test that. HisaschiPBE is my name there.

Anyone know how i can fix that?

Also I'm sorry for any spelling errors since english isn't my native tongue^^
