Question about Bugsplat

So what do these bug reports do for me? Do they prevent me from getting banned for being reported as an AFK even though I try repeatedly to get back on? Do they prevent ELO loss after my team loses a game do to an AFK. Do they do anything for the inconvenience they cause at all?

What do these do for the player being affected by these crashes.

I'm mean, I am mad about getting kicked out of a game and all right now. But I didn't come here to bitch about my problem. I was just curious what these do for me as an individual player being affected by them. Because I send the error reports in all the time thinking that "hey this will help, Riot watches out for the little guys too". But I feel like as the days go on with this game, I find the crashes more and more frequent. Hell it might not even be Riot's fault. It might be the 4 year old dinosaur I'm playing on. But regardless of who/what is to blame, I just want to know what these do for the player.

I've tried finding the answer on the boards and other sites, but either there isn't one, or I am just to tired to pay attention and see it. If you know the answer, please share it with me.
